Pink Ladies Cleaning Service operates under Independent Cleaners Alliance of Canada Inc.  A Canadian, locally owned business. 

CLEANING DUTIES: 

We will clean almost anything on the inside of your house.  Typically this includes bathrooms top to bottom, dusting/damp-wiping throughout the home, vacuuming all floor surfaces including fabric furniture and pet beds, cleaning all kitchen surfaces, fronts of cupboards, scrubbing inside of sinks, outside of appliances and inside the microwave, mopping all non-carpeted floor surfaces.  We will also tidy as we go, but will not re-organize your space.   Upon request, we can also empty garbage bins, change sheets, clean the inside of windows including tracks, and screens and dust blinds, clean the inside of your fridge and inside of the oven, wash walls, wash doors, baseboards and trim.  

STAFF:
Success for all, ultimately rests with the people performing the work.  All cleaning ladies are screened, criminal record checked, trained, insured and take pride in their work.  They do not smoke during their shift, happily greet your pets and family, respect your home and present themselves in a professional manner.  

QUALITY CONTROL:
Ongoing communication with both you the client, and staff members, ensure we are meeting your expectations every time.  Our Quality Control Manager conducts surprise 'pop-ins' with the cleaning teams to ensure that nothing is overlooked resulting in professional cleaning services every time.  

EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES:
We bring everything required to get the job done.  Most cleaning products are eco / pet friendly with minimal odor or scent.  We use Karcher T-12 Vacuums with HEPA filters for superior cleaning and safety.  However if you prefer, we can also use your products and tools.  

HOME SECURITY:
Pink Ladies team leaders are provided with all necessary keys and alarm information for the job(s) scheduled that day.  They are signed out at the beginning of the shift, returned to our office at the end, double checked and secured until your next scheduled cleaning.  Additionally, keys are tracked with a GPS device for added security.  Your cleaning team will ensure that your home is kept secure while they are there and locked/alarmed once the job has been completed.  However, if you prefer to be home for your cleaning, that works as well.   

INSURANCE: 

Pink Ladies are licensed, insured, bonded and in good standing with Work Safe BC.  Supporting documentation is provided with every in-person quote.

We guarantee that you'll be happy with the results, or we'll come back for a free re-do on us. 

HOURS: 

We offer regular rotational cleaning services Tuesday to Friday between the hours of 8:30AM to 5:00PM to Langley and the surrounding area. Monday's are by appointment only.  We are closed each weekend and statutory holiday.
